Uncertain

we went on a little road trip to Uncertain, TX this weekend.
stayed at Crip's cabins...super cheap deal but we did bring our own pillows and blankets. Next time we will bring our own towels and bath mat as well (eek). Would love to stay in the "shipwreck" some time. We took a night tour of Caddo lake with the fabulous tour guide John. It was amazing and beautiful. We saw beavers, an alligator, owls, a wood stork, bullfrogs and many a fish. We spent the first morning hiking in Caddo State Park and canoeing. Then headed into Jefferson and ate pie and hit the antique stores. Had dinner at Austin St. Bistro (the yummiest focaccia i have ever tasted!).
